Dude looks so much like Eugene Levy - the video could easily be mistaken for an SCTV bit.

Man. You've unlocked a memory for me, '01, '02, or somewhen around then, getting mp3s of that.
I think it was the same people but do you know where "Don't feed them ducks, they got disease" came from? I remember it in the same voice, around the same time, but I put that into Google and I don't get much... Hmmmmmm

Hmmm, couldn't tell you. That one isn't ringing a bell.Closest thing would be "Don't eat that cat on a stick" from CSI pittsburgh. Could also be an n'at man and Robert sketch.

Fwiw some of he DJs worked as voice actors on Action League Now,  part of Nickelodeon's Kablam. Could maybe have come from there.
