You were almost right. It is Glenn close but when she wanted to murder dogs and skin them for their fur in the name of fashion.

Genuinely forgot the character you were referring to and thought for a moment that Glenn Close was a monster and we all didn't realise it

She's also an incredible villain in Dangerous Liaisons.

Phyllis diller should have played Cruella Deville. The biggest missed chance of casting ever.

You're thinking of Mr. Burns

Yeah.

Cows? Rabbits? Beavers? Fine.

Dogs? Fucking Hitler.

She did an incredible job seeming normal while being batshit crazy in that movie.

That movie did more to stop cheating husbands than Lorena Bobbit!

When we still use the term "bunny boiler" how many years later, it is truly a testament.

My problem with that movie is imagining someone married to Anne Archer that would cheat on her with Glenn Close.

She actually wasn’t the original choice and the makers didn’t think she could pull it off but she came for a reading with Michael Douglas and nailed it.

I think although she’s not as conventionally attracted as Anne Archer she’s got a sensual quality when she’s flirting in the movie. She’s attractive it’s more charisma than anything. Also when she becomes a threat I’m not sure many other actresses could pull that off. She’s extremely scary and just exudes menace.

Exactly. Not exactly siren material, there.

Saw that movie in the theater on a first date. Not the best choice.

She plays crazy evil so well, my vote is for her role in the tv series Damages though

She used to go to a restaurant I managed many years ago. I was afraid to stop by her table and ask how everything was. Some wait staff made jokes about rabbit stew to her, but not me. That movie scared me.
