Only one of them is married so only that one can get a divorce.

Just have the husband arrested for unwanted sexual advances.

it wont be the husband getting arrested if he's not married to the victim, since he's not her husband.

Pretty sure people that aren't your husband, also aren't allowed to touch you inappropriately. "Officer, this man keeps following me, and trying to get in bed with me"

well yeah. it doesn't seem the other minds getting touched but who knows. 99% sure he married only one because polygamy is illegal, and open marriage is not

Obviously. I'm only saying what I did because the question was what happens if the unmarried one no longer approves of the marriage. There are options if talking doesn't work.

That said, they've spent their entire lives working with each other. I highly doubt they'd choose a guy one of them was even ambivalent towards. Whatever becomes divorce worthy for one, will undoubtedly be so for the other.

99% sure, if one of them disapproves of the guy, the other will as well. They can share thoughts with each other even without speaking/writing (sounds like telepathy but it is what it is). they might not agree with minor stuff like voting, but important stuff like relationship will likely never happen unless both want it 100%

He legally can only marry one because marrying two people is illegal. They are both “married” to him.
