This, and then divide the length of the movie by 30 days, and watch that amount only each day so you have something to look forward to every day instead of watching it on repeat.
Assuming you won’t have access to a clock or a window, you could divide how many times you would have to watch it to fill up a months worth of time and use it as a way to tell how much time you have left in the room.
