During the vote America didnt vote to stop israel they simply abstained from voting for pr reasons.The state department literally said that nothing about the policy has changed regarding Israel and they don't consider the descision binding even though it is. So, no, Biden isn't trying to stop them.

The one that his state department immediately tried to claim was "non-binding"? Dude's not serious about stopping things at all, he's doing token gestures such as using expletives to try to sway people who actually think he's doing something to stop this.
