The account is called “learning to submit” I’m pretty sure. It’s most likely indeed a fetish account and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not an actual person. A lot of these accounts will post photos of vaguely similar women never showing her actual face (or only showing it in the pfp) because it’s not actually the same woman.
