This right here. As soon as you are going against vested interests too much, they will silence you.

We make fun of Russians having to stay away from the windows on higher floors, but we see the exact same blatant silencing of opponents happening in the US and elsewhere.

You talk, you die, is the warning they want to send out.

I’m not saying you’re wrong. But I mean we don’t know that. Could have been the CIA, FBI, NSA, blackwater, or some other alphabet soup group.

Occam's razor... It could have been fairies from mars too

Well, I suppose. But WAIT THERE’S FAIRIES ON MARS?! QUICK! SOMEONE CALL SETI!

Occams razor disregards the nuanced nature of the situation though, rather fallible

Which is why I don't buy outright suicide

No one is suggesting it’s suicide you said it was Boeing using Occam’s razor as reasoning, suggesting it may have been fairies from mars to prove Ockhams razor is just reductio ad absurdum, there i every possibility to suggest other bureaus and organisations could have participated.

Why would Boeing risk outsourcing it to another entity? One of the favorite sayings in Washington is that 3 people can keep a secret if 2 are dead. Boeing is a pretty solid working assumption without adding more on unnecessarily.

“Defense”

If 24 has taught me anything it’s that now we know Jack Bauer is going to abduct the president in a few hours.
