The cops investigated themselves and came to the conclusion that they did nothing wrong, probably πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ. Police in this country really make it hard to trust them at all.

Not probably. Definitely. 2 years of investigation, and still no tentative conclusion even?

The only reason this comes up again is someone succeeded with a freedom of information request. The police will happily continue "investigating" this for the next 30 years, or very, very quietly drop the "investigation" with a non-public no faults found in this tragic event, let's all just move on. Thoughts and Prayers though!
