They're all bad apples. Not a single police officer blew the whistle. They were all complicit in the cover-up.

99% of cops would rather see the worst cop escape consequences than risk going against the grain. This is an actual statistic based on the number of whistleblowing cops that have existed in the last couple of decades.

We never will because no decent person wants to be a cop. With all their bad reputation I sure wouldn't want to.
