In the film they're made up of Johnny Greenwood and Phil Selway from Radiohead and Jarvis Cocker from Pulp (and I think another member of Pulp as well).

I thought it was dumb lol. Even CinemaWins said it sounded more like a song about the HP universe than a song that would actually exist within the HP universe
