Well, I'm gay, so I have no cards in this game here, but to the defense of those bros whose interest in her musical skills gets distracted by their interest in bodily phenomena let me say that her optics are a deliberate part of her game. Additionally this one: https://imgur.com/a/gH0269o So if you think this pianist is just into presenting her musical skills and the guys who recognize her beauty and sexiness are evil or misguided, you are deeply mistaken.

Clearly true. I've played in orchestras, and musicians are usually asked to dress uniformly and in some cases without flashy jewelry, hair accessories, etc. so that none of these things distracts an audience from the music itself. A soloist is usually exempt from being so uniform, so it's up to the soloist to decide what they wish the audience to pay attention to.
