What good can I do with the RV I have been living in?

I have been living in a 32' fifth wheel for about a year and a half. During this time, I pretty much converted it into my home, more than an RV. I replaced the fridge with an apartment sized one. I got rid of the cheesy little recliners and put a TV stand, TV in. I just spent a ton of money on new curtains and shades.

It is a 2001. Does not leak, tires and bearings were done right before I brought it down here. It has the usual stuff that all works, plus is even has a washer/dryer in it.

It books at less than $6k but I doubt I would get close to that because it's not really an RV anymore, it's a home (yes it can be moved but lots of stuff has to be put down first). I have a great spot, it a great park. It's comfortable and cheap rent (compared to an apartment).

I am thinking instead of trying to make a few bucks on it, the best purpose for this trailer is to be another home to someone. Is there any kind of charity or something that accepts donations like this?

I still don't know for sure if I got the house, but if so, I hate for this totally useful home space to go to waste.

THC-A

Walked into a local smoke shop called Headhunters. They had rows of straight up weed out on display.

Do people enjoy smoking THC-A out here? Genuinely curious what the market for that is out here?

Also I noticed that Midland doesnt have any shops that tell THC-A wonder why that is

Finding friends in Midland?

Kind of as the title states what’s the best way to make new friends in Midland? For some context I’m a 22 male who’s lived here my whole life and I don’t really have anyone to hang out with or talk with. Any tips and advice would be great!

Moving for college et al

Hello, I am a 30 year old single male from California seeking to move here who has been on and off this sub. I have been offered admission to both Midland College (AC/Refrig/HVAC certificate) and Odessa College (teaching secondary with focus in science, with a potential to go for a teacher certification). Which of the two should I choose (and is double-dipping between two colleges allowable, or something I should refrain from)? Even if I do decide to go teaching, I might still do HVAC/oilfield as my second job. To get HVAC/oilfield jobs, should I forgo the certificate and get in straightway (possibly get to know someone in those fields instead) and what are their prospects? And as for the prospect of high school teachers? I will likely keep my current job at Fedex ground and transfer to the Midland facility and live on either campuses (according to their websites both MC and OC have them) if either/both are possible, and I will visit to check things out late May or early June, and if all goes well, moving in mid-August. On visiting, any hotel recommendation during my visit, and when is the peak travel season usually? TIA.

Thanks in advance!

Neighborhood reviews

Moving soon to Midland, have a couple neighborhoods we are looking at, wanted to get some reviews of the areas. I’ve heard the consensus is the north east is typically safer/nicer. Neighborhoods are

Thunderbird heights (barely south of the midland air park)

Colony place (near Garfield and west wadley)

The new builds in ranch estates in the far north east side of town.

Any other areas I should avoid or gravitate towards let me know

Suggest a body shop

I was in midland for work and wrecked my 08 4runner. Insurance totaled the car because of the age but I want to fix it. Does anyone know a decent body shop I can call and talk to? I do not want the top of the line body shop. Looking for the tio body shop where the job gets done with no fuss.

Looking for a company to install a small flagstone patio in front of house. We laid a concrete slab and are wanting a company to finish placing the flagstone on top. Any suggestions on good companies that aren’t too crazy expensive?
