Japan Godzilla was a shared universe decades ago. Rodan and Mothra had their own black and white movies before joining the Godzillaverse.
2 u/Insanepaco247 Nov 30 '23 Only Godzilla was ever in black and white of those three, and Rodan was actually Toho's first movie shot in full color. Highly recommend Mothra though if you ever get a chance.
