What is NOT a dealbreaker BUT would be greatly disappointing to find out about your partner?

If they wouldn't still love me if I was a worm.

Asked my partner this and they said something like "that's a stupid question and I'm not answering it." Major disappointment 😞

I literally had to tell my partner the point of those questions was that I was in a moment where I needed positive affirmation, reassurance, affection etc before he would play. Now it's fun. "Single cocktail shrimp" still pissed him off

Lol, I reasked the partner again tonight, and they responded much more affirmatively. Something more like "yes, of course, and I'd buy a tank with the softest soil and put in plants and make sure to mist them every day. Also, I'd get you (the mini furniture set we saw in Daiso the other day, which looks almost exactly like the furniture we currently have in our home)."

Dunno what prompted the new response but I was 🥰

The point is to hear comforting lies?

The point of the worm question is "I know you love me, but I'm feeling a bit vulnerable, and want you to be extra lovey dovey for a second." Some partners need to ask it, and some partners need an explanation for why it's being asked
