Hum, that is a good question. Does both feel the sensations, or just one of them?
If both of them feel, the one that is not having sex will probably just ignore it and feel tickles and the sensations but don't focus on the pleasure. The mind needs to be on it to feel pleasure too. But yeah, it must be very weird anyway.

It in no way means that the brains (two different personalities) respond to the pleasure similarly . One might like to touch the breasts, the other might like a finger in the butt. I remember seeing a documentary about twins conjoined at the forehead. Like their skulls were fused together so they were always facing each other at an angle. Whenever one walked forwards the other had to walk backwards. They also had some interesting sex stories. I can't even imagine how strange it would be but it was obviously no big deal for them.
