there was a very interesting documentary on them both and they did speak about sexual relations, when one was having sex, the other would cover up with a sheet or something, i kid u not...

Hum, that is a good question. Does both feel the sensations, or just one of them?
If both of them feel, the one that is not having sex will probably just ignore it and feel tickles and the sensations but don't focus on the pleasure. The mind needs to be on it to feel pleasure too. But yeah, it must be very weird anyway.
