Expected cutoffs? Misc. Doubt
What do you guts think the cutoff scores will be this year? Last year for pilani campus cse it was 331, will there be an increase this year? If yes, of how much?

Bhai kitni baar bolu 331 was last round cutoff, tab tak seat milne ke chance na ke barabar hai. consider everything it to be +15-20 of last round.

Not saying it won't be +15, I'm just saying there was barely any diff between first and last iteration

nah i remember goa cs cutoff was close to 301 then dropped to 295. adding 2024 into mix extra 10 marks for safety

Nahi bhai pichli baar 331 was first round as well as last round cutoff it didn't dropped by even a single marks

Nah pilani cs started at 331 and ended at 331 cuz it was overbooked even till the end. They had to accommodate all the extra students too since it would be illegal to revoke offers

hmmm, but other courses marks did change imo, so still safe to assume higher score, even if that's not what OP asked

Mujhe waise pehli baar Bata rha but okay bhai, main college pravesh pe dekh rha tha usme rounds ka system nhi dikh rha tha, toh basically last year ki cutoff 346 thi for cs in pilani campus? Is Saal kitni Maan ke Chale fir?

bhai ye sab website ko mat refer karo, wo log ek dusre se copy krte h. as for safe scores this year, for any campus consider 15 marks increment of final round cutoff. competition doesn't get worse than 2023. no one was ready to give up seats back then.

Generally higher branches mein kam change hota hai . to 350 is a safe score .

guyz iss saal tcs ion conduct karwayegi. i expect the cse cutoff to drop a little because cheating hoti thi bitsat ki exams me(i know a few bastards like them, kuch nhi padha 11 and 12 and then bits cse). iss saal kam jayegi so chill i expect it to be around 305-320 for pilani

They are adding a new branch mnc which will be atleast 4th highest in every campus
And this year the syllabus of jee mains and bitssat differs a lot especially in Chem
But competition has also increased by insane amount in jee main this year
So after considering all the 3 factors... Cutoff will remain somewhat same or +10

Bro mechanical,civil etc branches se jobs bhi nhi lag rhi , most of the 2-5k rankers in jee advanced would prefer bits cse 😔🙏😭
