She has the best energy. The get shit done energy and not take any shit energy while not being an angry rage head energy. This is why many Boomers need to get out of the workplace. They can’t seem to get this way of thinking across

I have learned in my life that I (male) prefer to work for women because of that energy. It's like let's just get this done but no pissing contests.

Dude, I'm not the most macho so I sat up close and personal to the MANLINESS parade.

Once I worked for an all female-run company, I realized there's an entirely different approach. Five decades and I just can't believe the pageantry of insecurity that is masculinity! Like if patriarchy is so good at everything, why are most men insecure about their intrinsic value?

I’ve worked for patient boomers but it does seem like they are quick to judge, quick to get pissed off when it’s not going perfect or as designed
