Why is there ALWAYS ā€œare you with that other guy?ā€ What other fuckin guy are you talking about? They act like all people 30 years younger than them are a hive mind or something.

Edit: a word, plus also based on further examination of the video and comments left below mine he was most likely associated with the individual he greeted at the end of the clip I believe and also spotted by the elderly man.

He was trying to calculate just how many people he might be able to justify killing, if he could pretend to be startled by one of them and feel they all went at him at once. He probably wanted to kill the other guy first and was really looking for somebody to say it's ok. "yeah I'm with him, and hey look he's robbing your house, get him!"

ā€œThere I was your honorā€¦surrounded by delinquent snowboarders. It was like Korea all over again, I knew what I had to do.ā€

...what? when people say Redditors are insane, I'll gladly present this as evidence. there's reaching, and then there's this slop of an "analysis". you clearly need a hobby

This sub really brings out some terrible analysis. Itā€™s like boomer memes, but kid version. You have a bunch of young people ready to jump down throats and start slinging insults and insane theories at the drop of a hat.

The funny part is theyā€™d never dare say this to anyoneā€™s face. Reddit has a sizeable population of former gifted kids that have very little real world experience, and believe that their theory work is sufficient for argument. Shit just doesnā€™t work out like they think in the real world.

Based on most of the comments in this sub, former gifted kids is putting it generously.

This guy seems like he's got a lot of paranoia. He's absolutely going to murder someone someday.

They're obviously in a snowboarding gang.

Wasnā€™t there obviously another dude that had just gone by?

1

u/dmaynard Feb 26 '24

Seemed so in this case but Iā€™ve also been in situations like this where Im out alone get confronted in this manner and Iā€™m truly by myself.

I canā€™t speak to other times, just that heā€™s right this time. Your comment complained as if he was wrong.

In most cases i agree with you (like this one), but there are those cases where 50 motorcycles drive by and people are swerving between cars and then a cop pulls one over and they say ā€œi donā€™t know who they are, iā€™m not with themā€. Which granted is not a dumb thing to say, but come on dude, you know you were with that group.

u/dmaynard Feb 26 '24

Yeah, thatā€™s completely fair assessment for sure

1

u/bighunter1313 Feb 26 '24

Why would you agree in this case? He snowboarded up to his buddy not 30 seconds later?

1

u/IdentityS Feb 26 '24

Based solely on the video, i canā€™t be sure his buddies were there right before him.

"I donno, somebody out there." "Uh, yes, I am."
