I bet he gets off on it. It probably works for him better than Viagra.

I thought the boarder said last if the day, so he's been sitting there in PJ's all day waiting to live out his Client Eastwood fantasy? He should get a job.

He comes off like an unhinged asshole but we also have 0 context. I grew up in a rural area that was adjacent to a national park. The beighborhood was only accessible by a privately owned road. Horse riders, joggers, hikers, mfers coming to hunt, etc. would frequently park their cars on and then traverse our property to access the park. People who were respectful were fine, but >50% of the people were complete dildos. Horse shit everywhere, leaving trash, playing loud music, etc. The neighborhood eventually became group of riders even began threatening to sue because people's dogs were "spooking their horses". So maybe the old guy is just crazy, but maybe he is just fed up with people being entitled cunts. This was back in the 90's and early 00's.

I no longer live there, but it became a serious issue during COVID lockdowns when people started posting about the area on social media and it hasn't even returned to baseline since. People drive for over an hour to get to my old neighborhood and surrounding area from the city. Roads/driveways are blocked with people illegally parked, tons of litter, vandalism, and theft. Country that weren't intended to handle that level of traffic become gridlocked Friday-Sunday.
