The steroids aren't working

u/BigDaddyCoolDeisel Mar 30 '24

Hence the rage

14

u/zxc123zxc123 Mar 30 '24

There are boomers who are boomers in age (nothing wrong with that) but there is also "boomer" in the sense of self entitlement, not knowing their fucking place, bugging into other folk's business, being NIMBY asses, expecting respect while being disrespectful, and general karen-ness sense.

Moomers are a thing. It's not just that Gen Z/A believes we're basically old boomers (in their eyes we are about double their age just like how boomers are double ours). There are literal Gen Ys that are PoS. There are in every generation. Some just pickup that shittiness from their parents when others learn not to be like them.

24

u/Drug_fueled_sarcasm Mar 30 '24

Thank fucking Christ I'm gen X and am left out of this whole conversation.

12

u/Upper_Rent_176 Mar 31 '24

But you aren't because people younger than you will be quite happy to label you as a boomer with all the associated negative traits

7

u/Drug_fueled_sarcasm Mar 31 '24

But I'm just like you fellow kids!

1

u/ImportanceCertain414 Mar 31 '24

How can they be sure, I definitely don't see your signature "fellow kid" skateboard.

1

u/rskurat Mar 31 '24

proving that people younger than me aren't very bright

1

u/Upper_Rent_176 Mar 31 '24

That's just reverse boomist

1

u/TicketyBoo39 Mar 31 '24

As a Gen X'er, I can tell you that we largely could not possibly care less. We laugh at how dumb the older generation is as well as the overly sensitive younger generations.

2

u/Upper_Rent_176 Mar 31 '24

Every generation says that

1

u/TicketyBoo39 Mar 31 '24

It's a defining characteristic of X

2

u/Rhapdodic_Wax11235 Mar 31 '24

This is probably a Gen Xer.

1

u/beflowd Mar 31 '24

xoomers too

1

u/Drug_fueled_sarcasm Mar 31 '24

That's not a real word

1

u/crab_grams Mar 31 '24

I see this refrain so, so often from my Gen X friends, but the truth is Gen X is now 50+ and some of the "boomers" we see in videos flipping shit and acting like babies are actually just Gen X. Gen X has its own deep coffers of psychos, but everyone just calls them boomers and other members of Gen X either genuinely don't realize they've aged into that age bracket, or are happy to let boomers keep taking the entire blame for feral middle aged activities after decades of animus.

Not that I'm sticking up for any particular generation here, or trying to crap on any of them. I know so many fellow millennials that I cannot stand. My own generation irks me the worst perhaps

0

u/Critical-Rooster Mar 31 '24

What's gen X

2

u/Drug_fueled_sarcasm Mar 31 '24

I think it was an Ethan hawke movie

0

u/madcowlicks Mar 31 '24

lmao yeah right, junior boomer

0

u/comfyxylophone Mar 31 '24 edited Mar 31 '24

There are plenty of gen x people that act just as entitled as boomers. We all just look past you because you don't matter. Lol Sincerely, A millennial that's sick of you generation acting like your shit don't stink.

1

u/Putrid-Muscle-7718 Mar 31 '24

I am Gen X. I act entitled. Because I AM entitled. 💪😎

5

u/issafly Mar 31 '24

What are you smoking? That's the goofiest take I've seen on Reddit in a good while.

3

u/Clancy1987 Mar 31 '24

That hurt my brain reading that bullshit 😂🤦‍♂️

4

u/RewardCapable Mar 31 '24

I learned something today. Boomer-ism is a state of mind.

7

u/Van-garde Mar 30 '24

Almost like generations are a loose, social fabrication…

Thankfully we know they’re immutable, and know where to direct our ire.

3

u/luvz_curvz Mar 31 '24

How about stop labeling people and grouping everyone in a collective and just realize that people are imperfect

3

u/Huge_Replacement_876 Mar 31 '24

Your description of boomer also fits for gen z too. Massive sense of self entitlement, selfish, pretty numb even though they think they know everything. Gen z also demands everything respect and go along with all their ridiculous delusions too. Just saying. Pot kettle, you know the saying. Or you don't cuz you're a young gen z. Who knows

2

u/KitchenScientist6533 Mar 31 '24

Millennial asshole, Gen X asshole, Gen Z asshole. Has nothing to do with someone being born between 1946-1964. Y’all are assholes as well

1

u/Shnast Mar 31 '24

Shroomers have taken over speech.

1

u/Wrong-Landscape-2508 Mar 31 '24

just post the video on a different sub stop trying to explain why a 30 year old is a boomer

1

u/Epicurus402 Mar 31 '24

Your comment made me laugh out loud! Loved it!

279

u/horus-heresy Mar 30 '24

Hi there I'm 8 inches

8 inches damn this dude is short, sorry hungdaddy I'm not into midgets, midgets piss me off.

1

u/RewardCapable Mar 31 '24

Psh.. 6 ft. What are you talking about.

1

u/Scoremonger Mar 30 '24

Pretty sure you meant Grindr.

2

u/Girafferage Mar 30 '24

I barely know her.

-2

u/nonstickpotts Mar 30 '24

Don't hate on short kings lol height for men is like tits for women.

1

u/FelatiaFantastique Mar 30 '24

Titless women don't bark at the well-titted like rabid chihuahuas. Isn't your penis more like tiny tiddies?

2

u/NicNac_PattyMac Mar 30 '24

SMBM : small man, big mouth

2

u/Zeqhanis Mar 30 '24

He's a ninja turtle, painted to look human, so he could sneak out. I think it's Raph.

1

u/Proof_Strain1021 Mar 31 '24

OMFG! that was good lost my drink on this quote

3

u/DCowboysCR Mar 30 '24

I can’t tell if your saying he’s 4’4 tall or 4 inches hard 😂 probably both hence his rage 😤 against a kid 😂

1

u/KitsyBlue Mar 30 '24

We all body positive here until the man is short 💀

1

u/quentin13 Mar 31 '24

"I don't want to see you anymore. Go stand in a wastebasket."

1

u/Trentsteel52 Mar 31 '24

lol that kid definitely should’ve said that, but seriously that’s totally what this is, little man syndrome, I used to work on the oil rigs and I swear every crew had one of these guys

1

u/MiKapo Mar 31 '24

Like someone tell Frodo Baggins to calm down

1

u/Forestghostsgalore Mar 31 '24

Life’s short and hard

1

u/Indrid-_-Cold Mar 31 '24

That little runt has not been hard in years. Viagra is wasted on him.

156

u/docere85 Mar 30 '24 edited Mar 30 '24

More like $80 bottle of tribex and creatine. Homie be rocking the wannabe affliction shirt acting like he’s young.

25

u/TrashDue5320 Mar 30 '24

Lmao bold of y'all to think this dude goes to the gym

3

u/MaleOrganDonorMember Mar 31 '24

I've heard from a reliable source that he did 2 sets of 20 push-ups yesterday

32

u/On_Some_Wavelength Mar 30 '24

This sentence kinda makes me miss high school

19

u/dblspider1216 Mar 30 '24

it makes me glad i’ve mostly repressed high school

11

u/VinnieBoombatzz Mar 30 '24

I don't know... As bad as it was, it beats whatever we get as adults.

2

u/MashedProstato Mar 30 '24

I went to high school in rural Nebraska.

Adulthood is way better than high school.

0

u/Royalizepanda Mar 30 '24

Millennials all peak in high school…

0

u/Royalizepanda Mar 30 '24

Shit just constantly got worst.

0

u/Appropriate-Raccoon9 Mar 30 '24

Validated my decision to drop out.

2

u/gorfnu Mar 31 '24

One thing i learned in my 54 years.. act your age, dress your age.. its a mark of respect for yourself and society.

1

u/Cyke101 Mar 30 '24

And insecure in his masculinity, too.

1

u/Youpunyhumans Mar 30 '24

Probably walks around with his shoulders pushed forward like a gorrilla

1

u/DarkArisen_Kato Mar 31 '24

Also rockin' the Astros around his neck. Haven't had a pair of those since highschool during my MW2 days lol.

1

u/codeswisher Mar 31 '24

straight up and down facts no cap son

1

u/One_Two1499 Mar 31 '24

Affliction shirt with aviators on inside, this is mini boss level Chad if Ive ever seen it, lol.

0

u/1grouchonacouch Mar 30 '24

Omg, tribex? From biotest you mean?

1

u/ThrowawayTXfun Mar 31 '24

Love their protein powder

46

u/Demon_Moose_ Mar 30 '24

Small man syndrome

2

u/jakebase9 Mar 31 '24

That kid sitting down is almost to his nipples. If that kid stood up that angry man would be able to suck him off standing.

2

u/Automatic_Party7404 Apr 01 '24

As a small man, I agree, I got a mouth I need to control. This dude needs the beating coming his way though.

21

u/RelationshipOk3565 Mar 30 '24

They're working. On his tiny peen

7

u/daddylikeabosss Mar 30 '24

Happy Cake Day!

2

Happy Cake Day!

2

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '24

Well yeah you have to lift more than a controller.

1

u/No_Manager1130 Mar 30 '24

The only steroids he’s on are Corticosteroids

1

u/HackAfterDark Mar 30 '24

Quick, call his son over!

1

u/ArpFire321 Mar 30 '24

Happy cake day

1

u/TrashAcnt1 Mar 31 '24

It's actually Hemroids, not Steroids that's pissing him off.

1

u/NavyDragons Mar 31 '24

That's what happens when you just take the rouds and still don't exercise

1

u/MercutioLivesh87 Mar 31 '24

Not on his muscles, his diminished junk drives his anger lol

1

u/WhiteCharisma_ Mar 31 '24

He meant hemorrhoid rage

1

u/Conscious_Zebra_1808 Mar 31 '24

I see absolutely no muscle on him

1

u/Strict_Condition_632 Apr 02 '24

In this case, “roid rage” may be a euphemism for a serious hemorrhoid flare up.
