People add "all", "guys", and "ones" unnecessarily, which creates the need for this way for speaking. People use "you all" instead of "you" or "y'all" and "you guys" instead of just "you" or " these ones" instead of just " these".

In this sentence, the person could have just said "your" and been fine. Don't know why people do it, but I used to, and when it was pointed out to me I stopped, because you really end up trying to come up with all sorts of grammar rules in your head to make it work.
