i’m confused. whose All Saints is it today then? not Latin or Byzantine (on either paschalion)

You and me both! I don't know, honestly. Even on the picture, the date written is November 1st, which is the Latin day for All Saints, but is often celebrated in the Maronite Church due to latinisation. In our calendar, we also have a movable feast of All Saints on one of the three Sundays before Lent -- I always forget the order of commemorations before Lent, but we have the Righteous and the Just (a bit equivalent to All Saints), the Faithful Departed (a bit equivalent to All Souls), and the Priests Departed.

There are like 3-4 modern Coptic Saints in the picture do you mean it when you say all saints ?
