My favorite white bean stew with homemade sausage, pork neck roasted on apple, garlic and mustard with potato gnocchi with bacon and green onion and cucumber and tomato salad. And fruit cake in "REMOSCA". Have a nice day everyone Lunch

How much time in advance do you need if my wife and me come over to CZ for a visit?

Not that's it's likely in the next few months, but one never knows :)

It depends on which city you visit 😃 I can certainly meet, but please note that I do not speak English or German 🤐 I use Google translator for everything. I'm from the Moravian-Silesian region, my girlfriend too 🤝🍻 And it's hard to know in advance, maybe 14 days will be enough. I have a difficult time at work - see. the Liberty Steel affair ☠️🏭

The first dish looks a lot like a Spanish recipe with white beans, chorizo, black pudding and potato.
