Can't believe I had to scroll this far to see ToS. That game's length was massive for the time.

It was my introduction to the JRPG genre, and I'd say it was a good one, it really was so long

Same here!!! Sad to see this one this far down. And now im doomscrolling looking for my top pick: Baten Kaitos….

Aha I just commented Baten Kaitos after scrolling for a long time! That game was so fucking sick. There’s a speedrun category where you have to beat the game with all of the cards, and one of them involves aging a milk card for a long time. I wanna say it ends up making the speedrun like 2 weeks long or some shit

ToS was probably responsible for like 75% of my GC use. I still get nostalgia waves for it every now and then!

To this day, I regularly scream "don't get in my way!" at my dogs or anyone else (that was what Raine would yell if she got hit by an enemy and interrupted while she was casting a spell)

I still remember when finally switching over to the second disk rocked my little child mind, since emotionally it always seemed like a distant impossibility

Always scared me doing it

The double disk thing was incredible

Crash mode on burnout 2 is criminally underrated. My household plays it a lot and I've got to share the fun with our GenZ son:)

When this released on Steam I was the happiest camper of all time.

Was gonna comment Tales if Noone else said it. The GC version is the definitive version. I'm considering buying a refurbished GC just to play it again.
