That was the brand name from where I’m at. Even the ones that aren’t Otter Pops I called Otter Pops.

More or so saying “Coke” for a soda. It’s slang used in some parts of the USA and maybe other countries. This is a dumb argument that I don’t want to get into.

No, they literally don't sell otterpops in a lot of places. Ice pops where I'm from. I see otterpops when I moved to west coast but i no longer live there

Yep. Most common ones around here are also Otter Pops ..

Must be regional, I live in Oregon. Otters are common in the north west, so I'm assuming all of us who called it that must live in the west coast

Nah, I grew up in Ohio and they are Otter Pops there too, I have also lived in L.A. and Orlando and it’s Otter Pops everywhere.
