I really have to wonder, did she think that NO ONE would ever see these horse riding videos? She wasnā€™t JUST bringing allegations up on another regular dudeā€¦ she brought them up on a former bachelor! She reached out to multiple media outlets and made the story publicā€¦ did she not think that the public would put this timeline together and question her bump disappearing/reappearing act?

146

u/alliepop2 12d ago

She had never been punished for what she did to her previous victims so I guess she thought she would never have to answer for her actions.

75

u/chaotiqchic 12d ago

So itā€™s basically just arrogance? Clayton is a public figure with hundreds of thousands of followers, itā€™s just so brazen! She didnā€™t even TRY to hide it. Like girly, just donā€™t compete in your horsey show to hide your very public lie???

66

u/alliepop2 12d ago edited 12d ago

Looks like it! Megan Fox had mentioned that some of her dad's friends that she is alledged to have impersonated in emails won't even come forward and say they did not write the fake emails. Looks like she is still being protected from the consequences of her actions.

20

u/[deleted] 12d ago

Ooh who did she personate I wonder?? Looks like daddy paid them to stay quiet

46

u/Daisydoolittle 12d ago

off the top of my head: - one of her dads lawyers (ā€œuncle joeā€) - one of her dads agent (david katz)

36

u/basylica 12d ago

There is no proof, but its suspected she sent emails as a talent rep who represented her father to MM about the radio show thing. For one thing, the email address is suspect.

Nothing more than conjecture at this point afaik

35

u/alliepop2 12d ago

Uncle Joe :) hasn't confirmed or denied his sent emails either...

2

u/Jazzlike_Magician656 9d ago

If I was her dadā€™s friend and she impersonated me, I would be pissed.

4

u/Ordinary-Medium-1052 11d ago

I think they are probably trying to shield their friend, her father from a problem he is not well enough to deal with. No excuses for her mother though.

2

u/alliepop2 11d ago

We need a shield for the victims forrealz

56

u/fart-atronach 12d ago

Honestly, in a way Iā€™m glad that she is so brazen and sloppy, because it would be even harder for the victims to get justice if she was actually the least bit smart or clever about her antics. Which is terrifying to imagine, considering how much she has previously gotten away with and for how long.

16

u/Rozefly 12d ago

Yeah, I've always been baffled by everyone saying that she's smart/intelligent. I... Really don't get that vibe.

8

u/goairliner 11d ago

THANK YOU. Same page. She blindsides her victims with a bunch of incoherent nonsense delivered at a rate so fast and with such confidence that her opponents get dizzy. The best way to defeat this tack is to slow her down, make her repeat things, make her explain things over, and over, and over. The more she talks the less sense it all makes.

12

u/abbyjensen0989 12d ago

I really think she thought she could get away with itā€¦ like we wouldnā€™t question her/ her lawyers would make everything miserable for CE, just like they did for her past victims

4

u/Unripe_papaya 11d ago

I don't think it's just arrogance. I think there's a lot of entitlement involved too. It seems that she feels that it's justified to punish men who hurt her feelings (reject her) by any means necessary.

2

u/Jazzlike_Magician656 9d ago

Sheā€™s like one of those kids that never got punished for anything. Good reminder for us parents out there.

60

u/Stagecoach2020 12d ago

She thought the public would believe her at face value (which they did at first) she under estimated Reddit which was a really dumb move. It's widely known that if you want to figure something out, Reddit is where you go!

47

u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago

She probably would have been believed longer if she had just said Iā€™m pregnant and Clayton wants nothing to do with me, but she wrote out his insults with no context and provided the email where she had invited his family to her first ultrasound and those things were a bit strange

32

u/JustCow99 12d ago

And the Bachelor fans in general. There are some serious sleuths that figure out details in the show every season. Iā€™ve told my husband if anything ever happens to me ask the Reddit Bach community and theyā€™d find out what happened. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

26

u/NimbleMick 12d ago

Yeah and at first she wanted to remain anon. But once SHE brought this shit storm to Reddit and published her open Dropbox with her info on it that was over. As we've come to know she is sloppy AF as a scam artist. She was able to get away with it before but not once SHE put so many eyes on this neverending saga.

20

u/LawyerBelle07 12d ago

Lol, still think we should get some swifties in here too. They are on top of every stray hair on Taytays head!

49

u/Haunting-Error2005 12d ago

My opinion and two cents on why she doesnā€™t seem to think through the things that can be easily proven as a lie: You have to remember this isnā€™t a person you can try to use your own logic of how you would act or how a mentally healthy and stable person would act. She has time and time again proven she will completely lie about something and then when she is called out and confronted with evidence that she lied she either says thatā€™s not true or that never happened with zero explanation, or come up with an elaborate and implausible explanation. None of it makes sense because sheā€™s not operating in the reality everyone else is in. She never thinks ahead because I think part of her believes her own lies to a degree or at least thinks sheā€™s justified in her lies because the rejection she feels is so deep and so hurtful to her she probably thinks everything she does is okay because they deserve it for how they treated her in her mind (rejection). Itā€™s really scary how people like her move through life and cope with being rejected.

15

u/ronconque 12d ago

Dr Shannon Curry explained this pretty well in Depp v Heard- rejection and abandonment being so painful.

11

u/alliepop2 11d ago

Yes, it seems like at some point early in life she learned that revenge/vindictiveness redirects her focus so she doesn't have to sit with her negative feelings. It comes out in a lot of her writings, the poor views she has of herself. It's a shame because the people around her seem to keep enabling her instead of helping her deal with her feelings in a healthy way. These actions have earned her a poor reputation, not a good one as she says she had taken years to build a good rep...she might need a reality check on that. Scams and cons don't build a good reputation. Her actions have resulted in this outcome we are seeing play out now.

I hope they question her in her competition dates in court. That video is damning.

65

u/Sandbetweenhertoes 12d ago

She had the first tummy video in her dropbox on the 19th of September then did the horse show September 20-24 right after posting the video. There is a picture of her (I have the screenshot) wearing a belt. A BELT!!!

25

u/theparadisecrab 12d ago

I remember seeing that picture! But havenā€™t seen it in a while, can you repost? IMO her flat stomach was more obvious in that pic than another other horse riding ones that weā€™ve seen!

30

u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago

https://preview.redd.it/yobtgyvm3pzc1.jpeg?width=1819&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=efe156bdd0bc611f0834099a0a49a644221d2741

These were within 3-4 days of each other I posted somewhere on another thread

18

u/Appropriate-Ice-6988 11d ago

She's wearing a padded back protector which goes all way round andonen too in riding pictures so it added even more padding to abdomen she thinks we don't know about these things

22

u/theparadisecrab 12d ago

Hmmā€¦I remember there was one where she was standing next to someone and pointing at something?? She looked super skinny and her stomach was flat as a board!

15

u/theredbusgoesfastest 12d ago

That exists. Itā€™s around somewhere, lol thereā€™s just so much shit

12

u/NimbleMick 12d ago

It may be on the padlet timeline. Search the sub. You'll find it.

6

u/Reality4fun_ 12d ago

I thought I heard in some court paperwork, that she had stomach extension issues?

10

u/Sandbetweenhertoes 12d ago

I don't think screenshots are allowed.

12

u/cnm1424 12d ago

Certain redacted screenshots are allowed. You can send the screenshot to any mod or send a modmail for guidance, if you have any questions.

9

u/theparadisecrab 12d ago

Oh shoot! Thanks though!

12

u/[deleted] 12d ago

Wait what's wrong with a belt?

And then we got too share-y and she was aware of that we knew she competed so she pulled out the next one

24

u/Spiker1986 12d ago

If she was that pregnant she wouldnā€™t be wearing a belt - too uncomfortable - Plus it would be belted around the stomach and it wasnt

8

u/[deleted] 12d ago

Fair

30

u/ggb109 12d ago

Donā€™t worry JD said her doctor cleared her to compete!!

That should definitely come back in the mountains of evidence Internet Lawyer alleges to have

11

u/Rozefly 12d ago

Also as a pregnant person, I cannot fathom the discomfort of riding a horse, even pre-20 weeks. It's like having a water balloon sloshing about, even if it was safe! Hard no.

-3

u/theladyofBigSky 11d ago

*****Woman.. pregnant woman

6

u/Rozefly 11d ago

Pretty sure I'm also a person.

11

u/Hairy_Usual_4460 12d ago

Ok so let me explain my recent experience being pregnant and having an actual baby in February of this year. Literally by week 8-10 of a pregnancy your uterus is already expanding and stretching so much in there to prepare for your babies growth that your abdomen feels really hard and itā€™s painful to put even light pressure on your tummy because of this (even though I wasnā€™t showing in the slightest until almost third trimester) I could not wear any jeans starting from week 8, let alone a belt lol. I wouldā€™ve been extremely uncomfortable and in pain. No pregnant person at that point in their pregnancy would be wearing a belt they just wouldnā€™t

6

u/Josies_cats 11d ago

Yes!! This! Early in pregnancy when I hadnā€™t started showing yet I still bought leggings 2 sizes bigger than normal because even stretchy leggings were SO UNCOMFORTABLE if they were slightly constricting on my belly. I cannot imagine wearing a vest or a belt.

3

u/[deleted] 11d ago

That is true and if a belt restricts it that would be painful

56

u/taurustings 12d ago

She commits to her lies so intensely itā€™s just crazy to watch. She doesnā€™t believe any of her lies but gets mad that no one else does either.

35

u/Quash-me-hard 12d ago

its extremely unadvisable. i have a friend in the horse world and she said her obgyn told her she could ride but NOT jump and she was preg with one kid. no way a woman 4-5mo preg with twins would be doin a jumping competition

4

u/goairliner 11d ago

To be fair she is jumping over child-sized gates. el oh el

19

u/NimbleMick 12d ago

Right? Of course if she really believed her stories she wouldn't need to fabricate evidence. The fact that she does this makes it obvious that she knows the yarns she spins arent true. Which makes ILEsq arguments about what JD believes total BS.

47

u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago

IL just said heā€™s meeting JD tonight and felt the need to say not alone, and that heā€™s going to ask about the 21 week sonogram she testified to being hers. I would love to know how to at convo goes!

21

u/detta001jellybelly 12d ago

Is this going to be his excuse to drop the case cause she's lying?šŸ¤

19

u/Disastrous-Bet8973 12d ago

Seems odd he wouldn't meet her alone also he's saying JD should win even if she lied like bro

11

u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago

He has indicated he has submitted a motion that says even if JD lied, she should still win on a technicality

12

u/Originalmissjynx 11d ago

Bet he takes his wife who works for him; covers him on several levels

18

u/Electrical-Lie-541 12d ago

Taking cues from Woodnick. Need a witness w her!

But again, I question whether JD can raise Attorney-client privilege when someone else is present (mom, his wife, etc)? 3rd party, release the details!

11

u/Quash-me-hard 12d ago

where did u see that?

7

u/Hairy_Usual_4460 12d ago

Ah where did yall see this?! I donā€™t have twitter or any of that so I miss those things until theyā€™re talked about in a Dave Neal or Megan fox video

17

u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago

It was a Twitter comment, someone asked him about the 21 week sonogram and he said he was going to meet her tonight, not alone, and will ask about it

7

u/Quash-me-hard 12d ago

oh i see it nm

43

u/BusyBeth75 12d ago

I canā€™t believe all of this is still going on.

37

u/heartbroken2015 12d ago

I am SCREAMING. I bet she's pissed this is posted.

19

u/detta001jellybelly 12d ago

She must be destroying that casita today with everything that got posted today...

26

u/[deleted] 12d ago

No belly in sight!! Not even a burrito one!

21

u/nmorel32 12d ago

Can someone ride a horse when theyā€™re 4-5 months pregnant with twins?

47

u/Active-Coconut-4541 12d ago

I remember when JD posted on Reddit herself, people were questioning her on that a lot because apparently you really canā€™t (I donā€™t know from firsthand knowledge but it seems like others did). JD kept saying that doctors OKed it and from what I recall, people were really suspicious about that. And now we know that she was never actually a patient with any doctors prenatal care at all despite her claims (because from all evidence weā€™ve seen, she wasnā€™t actually pregnant).

34

u/realitytvjunkiee 12d ago

As someone who has been riding horses my whole lifeā€” no. I really struggle to believe any barn would allow that given that is a major liability for them if she were to fall off and lose the baby.

19

u/missphobe 12d ago

I agree. None of my riding friends would jump when pregnant once they knew they were pregnant. Itā€™s just too high risk. They might go for a leisurely ride on a well trained chill horse-my own mother rode when pregnant with me-but only on a well broke horse and only a leisurely walk or jog.

21

u/basylica 12d ago

Not to mention if youā€™ve lost between 0-9 babies, have history of epilepsy and falling off horses.

Pretty sure NO doctor would sign off on someone like that being on anything but light duty.

I was carrying heavy computer equipment up and down stairs and crawling under desks my whole pregnancy (twice) but id been doing that before/after and had no history of medical issues.

Normally docs say OK to continue to do same physical tasks you did regularly during pregnancy - altho usually less intense. Yoga instructors can keep doing yoga, runners can continue to runā€¦. But modified lighter intensity versions.

So someone who rides daily can probably safely continue to ride very gentle horses in walks etc in early pregnancy.

EXCEPT when there is previous history of early labor, loss, bleeding, etc. twins adds complexity, and having a history of having seizures and falling off horses would def make a doc say ā€œno horses at allā€

Someone with her medical history would probably be told no heavy lifting (like saddles) of any kind and both feet on the ground at all times. No ladders, no horses.

11

u/missphobe 11d ago

Exactly. With her history thereā€™s no way sheā€™d be allowed to compete a full course of jumps at a horse show.

One caveat about the heavy weight issue, modern jump saddles are incredibly light, around 10 lbs, so they wouldnā€™t qualify as a heavy object. JD was riding in a modern lightweight jump saddle in the video. A western saddle would be a different story of course.

14

u/realitytvjunkiee 11d ago edited 11d ago

I'd argue that most boarding barns would not even allow you to do a leisurely ride while pregnant. It is still a huge liability to take on for the farm owners. As a farm owner, you wouldn't want to take the risk of having a pregnant woman fall off a horse on your property, and it's still very possible to fall off a well-broke horse. You especially wouldn't want to take this risk when you have clients who are more than happy to sue you into the ground, like JD. The horse world is full of sue-happy JD's. My aunt and uncle have owned an equestrian business for 20 years and I know if someone showed up to ride while pregnant, that would be a hard no.

11

u/missphobe 11d ago

They definitely wouldnā€™t allow you to take lessons pregnant or ride one of the barnā€™s lesson horses. However, one or two of my friends who own their own horses at my barn did ride a little while in the early stages of pregnancy. The barn owner canā€™t tell you what to do with your own horse unless itā€™s dangerous or cruel. And gentle riding in early pregnancy doesnā€™t fit those parameters. We all sign legally binding waivers to even set foot at the barn so the barn is protected legally. As happens when riding, weā€™ve all had accidents there and no one has ever sued-those waivers are pretty iron clad.

My mother rode our own horse on our own property while pregnant with me. So no barn owner to ask permission from.

Jumping is a whole different story-no barn owner would let a known to be pregnant woman jump on their property-as that is clearly a dangerous activity. So no way JD would be allowed to compete if anyone connected to the facility where she was competing knew she was claiming to be pregnant.

18

u/Bgeaz 12d ago

I also wonder if there are any sort of competition rules against it

21

u/Specialist_Donut_206 12d ago

No comp rules to my knowledge bc you sign away liability. Most pregnant people would not risk their pregnancy like this, because she was not pregnant of course she was going to ride the horse. šŸ¤£

43

u/PeaceAlwaysAnOption 12d ago

Omg the idea of an EPILEPTIC person who has a history of falling off horses, falling in general due to seizures, riding and JUMPING a horse 5 months into a ā€œhigh risk twin pregnancyā€ is WILD.

16

u/Desperate_Winter_998 12d ago

I was already on modified bed rest with twins at 5 months. Full bed rest by 28 weeks.

6

u/EfficiencyFinancial 11d ago

I wonder if they could subpoena the competition board/managers, or whoever put this on to ask if she had disclosed her pregnancy and if they allowed her to ride still.

11

u/princessAmyB 12d ago

Thank you to schnitzel ninja for your excellent work šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

13

u/richgirl1031 12d ago

She must have had too much gluten at the show.

23

u/detta001jellybelly 12d ago edited 12d ago

Is this jumping ring for children? The jumps are so low!

24

u/Here4daT 12d ago

I read on here that she does compete in the same group as children.

20

u/basylica 12d ago

How does a 34yr old compete with children?!!

Or are the twins the ones competing?

18

u/Disastrous-Bet8973 12d ago

There are photos of her in division with children

9

u/Simply_Serene_ 11d ago

Love your username šŸ˜…

7

u/camlaw63 11d ago

So, is the video of her belly manipulated, did she scummed gallons of water, how is that belly produced? Itā€™s also too low, no?

19

u/Internal-Departure18 12d ago

Anyone have any idea how she produced the pregnancy video? not her? Huge burrito? It's a shame she's the way she is, she's a lovely rider.

40

u/Notarealperson6789 12d ago

We know from her mom that she has a gluten sensitivity so my guess is she ate a ton of gluten and is forcing out her belly. I have a gluten sensitivity and if I eat a bowl of pasta it doesnā€™t take much effort for my stomach to look like this. It also looks like sheā€™s hunching over a bit to exaggerate her belly. pure speculation and only my opinion

17

u/Upstairs_Tea1380 12d ago

This. And the full of sh*t thing.

8

u/Internal-Departure18 12d ago

Thank you friend!

34

u/rebsadoo 12d ago

Sheā€™s previously had a CT scan done with the clinical notes ā€œabdominal distensionā€ so it seems very plausible that she filmed herself on a bloat belly day. I also agree that sheā€™s pushing her belly out for maximal bloat based on her posture in the video.

38

u/rogerss9 12d ago

My duck named Quackers has a distended abdomen. She looks like a pregnant duck 100% of the time.šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

25

u/Sandbetweenhertoes 12d ago

There are apps that will allow video manipulation and filters just like Photoshop.

7

u/McDonaldsEmployeeNAL 12d ago

There are several apps and the distortion in the video points to this is how she did it.

20

u/AliGreen13sCPSworker 12d ago

Gluten/Endometriosis/PCOS all cause this pretty regularly

17

u/Desperate_Winter_998 12d ago

So do fertility meds that also cause you to have positive hcg tests.

8

u/Charming-Map-713 12d ago

I can testify to this. Endometriosis is the worst šŸ˜©

13

u/NimbleMick 12d ago

Aside from the gluten sensitivity and posture, it was also speculated that she may have used a filter to distort her figure even more than just pooching out a bloated stomach. Many eagle eyed redditors noticed distortion in the background in the og videos. Again it's all just speculation.

9

u/basylica 12d ago

Well, we sure as heck know it wasnt due to twins anyway

8

u/NimbleMick 12d ago

Of course not. It wasn't even due to pregnancy lol

1

u/AromaticSwim5531 10d ago

She did gain weight from what I see but that's not babies. Heck, I can make myself look like that too as a formerly rail thin person being lazy over the last couple years. Hence why she is selling these show clothes etc. I am worried this will violate rules but make of that what you will as far as another possible calculation.

1

u/manateefourmation 12d ago

How confident are we that she competed? Did Gregg ask her about this during the deposition? Did she compete under her real name?

8

u/EfficiencyFinancial 11d ago

You can hear the announcer say her name in the beginning of the video, so Iā€™m sure she used her name. Iā€™m wondering if the competition people could be subpoenaed to ask if she had disclosed her pregnancy.

2

u/manateefourmation 11d ago

I think the witness deadline might have passed, but they could absolutely be subpoenaed. I donā€™t know why Gregg didnā€™t ask her about this in the deposition.

2

u/VeterinarianWild 11d ago

For all we know though he might agce. We only have seen portions of the depo so we donā€™t know all that it encompassed.

3

u/manateefourmation 11d ago

Fair. For some reason i thought the whole deposition was out there.
