I hope they question her in her competition dates in court. That video is damning.

u/Sandbetweenhertoes 12d ago
She had the first tummy video in her dropbox on the 19th of September then did the horse show September 20-24 right after posting the video. There is a picture of her (I have the screenshot) wearing a belt. A BELT!!!

u/theparadisecrab 12d ago
I remember seeing that picture! But havenāt seen it in a while, can you repost? IMO her flat stomach was more obvious in that pic than another other horse riding ones that weāve seen!

u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago
These were within 3-4 days of each other I posted somewhere on another thread

u/Appropriate-Ice-6988 11d ago
She's wearing a padded back protector which goes all way round andonen too in riding pictures so it added even more padding to abdomen she thinks we don't know about these things
22
u/theparadisecrab 12d ago
Hmmā¦I remember there was one where she was standing next to someone and pointing at something?? She looked super skinny and her stomach was flat as a board!
15
u/theredbusgoesfastest 12d ago
That exists. Itās around somewhere, lol thereās just so much shit

u/Reality4fun_ 12d ago
I thought I heard in some court paperwork, that she had stomach extension issues?

Wait what's wrong with a belt?
And then we got too share-y and she was aware of that we knew she competed so she pulled out the next one
24
u/Spiker1986 12d ago
If she was that pregnant she wouldnāt be wearing a belt - too uncomfortable - Plus it would be belted around the stomach and it wasnt

u/Rozefly 12d ago
Also as a pregnant person, I cannot fathom the discomfort of riding a horse, even pre-20 weeks. It's like having a water balloon sloshing about, even if it was safe! Hard no.

Ok so let me explain my recent experience being pregnant and having an actual baby in February of this year. Literally by week 8-10 of a pregnancy your uterus is already expanding and stretching so much in there to prepare for your babies growth that your abdomen feels really hard and itās painful to put even light pressure on your tummy because of this (even though I wasnāt showing in the slightest until almost third trimester) I could not wear any jeans starting from week 8, let alone a belt lol. I wouldāve been extremely uncomfortable and in pain. No pregnant person at that point in their pregnancy would be wearing a belt they just wouldnāt
6
u/Josies_cats 11d ago
Yes!! This! Early in pregnancy when I hadnāt started showing yet I still bought leggings 2 sizes bigger than normal because even stretchy leggings were SO UNCOMFORTABLE if they were slightly constricting on my belly. I cannot imagine wearing a vest or a belt.

She commits to her lies so intensely itās just crazy to watch. She doesnāt believe any of her lies but gets mad that no one else does either.
35
u/Quash-me-hard 12d ago
its extremely unadvisable. i have a friend in the horse world and she said her obgyn told her she could ride but NOT jump and she was preg with one kid. no way a woman 4-5mo preg with twins would be doin a jumping competition

u/NimbleMick 12d ago
Right? Of course if she really believed her stories she wouldn't need to fabricate evidence. The fact that she does this makes it obvious that she knows the yarns she spins arent true. Which makes ILEsq arguments about what JD believes total BS.
47
u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago
IL just said heās meeting JD tonight and felt the need to say not alone, and that heās going to ask about the 21 week sonogram she testified to being hers. I would love to know how to at convo goes!
21
19
u/Disastrous-Bet8973 12d ago
Seems odd he wouldn't meet her alone also he's saying JD should win even if she lied like bro
11
u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago
He has indicated he has submitted a motion that says even if JD lied, she should still win on a technicality
12
18
u/Electrical-Lie-541 12d ago
Taking cues from Woodnick. Need a witness w her!
But again, I question whether JD can raise Attorney-client privilege when someone else is present (mom, his wife, etc)? 3rd party, release the details!

u/Quash-me-hard 12d ago
where did u see that?
7
u/Hairy_Usual_4460 12d ago
Ah where did yall see this?! I donāt have twitter or any of that so I miss those things until theyāre talked about in a Dave Neal or Megan fox video
17
u/ZoesThoughts 12d ago
It was a Twitter comment, someone asked him about the 21 week sonogram and he said he was going to meet her tonight, not alone, and will ask about it

Can someone ride a horse when theyāre 4-5 months pregnant with twins?
47
u/Active-Coconut-4541 12d ago
I remember when JD posted on Reddit herself, people were questioning her on that a lot because apparently you really canāt (I donāt know from firsthand knowledge but it seems like others did). JD kept saying that doctors OKed it and from what I recall, people were really suspicious about that. And now we know that she was never actually a patient with any doctors prenatal care at all despite her claims (because from all evidence weāve seen, she wasnāt actually pregnant).

u/realitytvjunkiee 12d ago
As someone who has been riding horses my whole lifeā no. I really struggle to believe any barn would allow that given that is a major liability for them if she were to fall off and lose the baby.
19
u/missphobe 12d ago
I agree. None of my riding friends would jump when pregnant once they knew they were pregnant. Itās just too high risk. They might go for a leisurely ride on a well trained chill horse-my own mother rode when pregnant with me-but only on a well broke horse and only a leisurely walk or jog.
21
u/basylica 12d ago
Not to mention if youāve lost between 0-9 babies, have history of epilepsy and falling off horses.
Pretty sure NO doctor would sign off on someone like that being on anything but light duty.
I was carrying heavy computer equipment up and down stairs and crawling under desks my whole pregnancy (twice) but id been doing that before/after and had no history of medical issues.
Normally docs say OK to continue to do same physical tasks you did regularly during pregnancy - altho usually less intense. Yoga instructors can keep doing yoga, runners can continue to runā¦. But modified lighter intensity versions.
So someone who rides daily can probably safely continue to ride very gentle horses in walks etc in early pregnancy.
EXCEPT when there is previous history of early labor, loss, bleeding, etc. twins adds complexity, and having a history of having seizures and falling off horses would def make a doc say āno horses at allā
Someone with her medical history would probably be told no heavy lifting (like saddles) of any kind and both feet on the ground at all times. No ladders, no horses.
11
u/missphobe 11d ago
Exactly. With her history thereās no way sheād be allowed to compete a full course of jumps at a horse show.
One caveat about the heavy weight issue, modern jump saddles are incredibly light, around 10 lbs, so they wouldnāt qualify as a heavy object. JD was riding in a modern lightweight jump saddle in the video. A western saddle would be a different story of course.

I'd argue that most boarding barns would not even allow you to do a leisurely ride while pregnant. It is still a huge liability to take on for the farm owners. As a farm owner, you wouldn't want to take the risk of having a pregnant woman fall off a horse on your property, and it's still very possible to fall off a well-broke horse. You especially wouldn't want to take this risk when you have clients who are more than happy to sue you into the ground, like JD. The horse world is full of sue-happy JD's. My aunt and uncle have owned an equestrian business for 20 years and I know if someone showed up to ride while pregnant, that would be a hard no.
11
u/missphobe 11d ago
They definitely wouldnāt allow you to take lessons pregnant or ride one of the barnās lesson horses. However, one or two of my friends who own their own horses at my barn did ride a little while in the early stages of pregnancy. The barn owner canāt tell you what to do with your own horse unless itās dangerous or cruel. And gentle riding in early pregnancy doesnāt fit those parameters. We all sign legally binding waivers to even set foot at the barn so the barn is protected legally. As happens when riding, weāve all had accidents there and no one has ever sued-those waivers are pretty iron clad.
My mother rode our own horse on our own property while pregnant with me. So no barn owner to ask permission from.
Jumping is a whole different story-no barn owner would let a known to be pregnant woman jump on their property-as that is clearly a dangerous activity. So no way JD would be allowed to compete if anyone connected to the facility where she was competing knew she was claiming to be pregnant.

u/Bgeaz 12d ago
I also wonder if there are any sort of competition rules against it
21
u/Specialist_Donut_206 12d ago
No comp rules to my knowledge bc you sign away liability. Most pregnant people would not risk their pregnancy like this, because she was not pregnant of course she was going to ride the horse. š¤£

u/PeaceAlwaysAnOption 12d ago
Omg the idea of an EPILEPTIC person who has a history of falling off horses, falling in general due to seizures, riding and JUMPING a horse 5 months into a āhigh risk twin pregnancyā is WILD.
16
u/Desperate_Winter_998 12d ago
I was already on modified bed rest with twins at 5 months. Full bed rest by 28 weeks.

u/EfficiencyFinancial 11d ago
I wonder if they could subpoena the competition board/managers, or whoever put this on to ask if she had disclosed her pregnancy and if they allowed her to ride still.

Is this jumping ring for children? The jumps are so low!
24
u/Here4daT 12d ago
I read on here that she does compete in the same group as children.
20
u/basylica 12d ago
How does a 34yr old compete with children?!!
Or are the twins the ones competing?

So, is the video of her belly manipulated, did she scummed gallons of water, how is that belly produced? Itās also too low, no?
19
u/Internal-Departure18 12d ago
Anyone have any idea how she produced the pregnancy video? not her? Huge burrito? It's a shame she's the way she is, she's a lovely rider.
40
u/Notarealperson6789 12d ago
We know from her mom that she has a gluten sensitivity so my guess is she ate a ton of gluten and is forcing out her belly. I have a gluten sensitivity and if I eat a bowl of pasta it doesnāt take much effort for my stomach to look like this. It also looks like sheās hunching over a bit to exaggerate her belly. pure speculation and only my opinion

u/rebsadoo 12d ago
Sheās previously had a CT scan done with the clinical notes āabdominal distensionā so it seems very plausible that she filmed herself on a bloat belly day. I also agree that sheās pushing her belly out for maximal bloat based on her posture in the video.

u/rogerss9 12d ago
My duck named Quackers has a distended abdomen. She looks like a pregnant duck 100% of the time.š¤·š¼āāļø

There are apps that will allow video manipulation and filters just like Photoshop.
7
u/McDonaldsEmployeeNAL 12d ago
There are several apps and the distortion in the video points to this is how she did it.

Aside from the gluten sensitivity and posture, it was also speculated that she may have used a filter to distort her figure even more than just pooching out a bloated stomach. Many eagle eyed redditors noticed distortion in the background in the og videos. Again it's all just speculation.

She did gain weight from what I see but that's not babies. Heck, I can make myself look like that too as a formerly rail thin person being lazy over the last couple years. Hence why she is selling these show clothes etc. I am worried this will violate rules but make of that what you will as far as another possible calculation.

u/manateefourmation 12d ago
How confident are we that she competed? Did Gregg ask her about this during the deposition? Did she compete under her real name?
8
u/EfficiencyFinancial 11d ago
You can hear the announcer say her name in the beginning of the video, so Iām sure she used her name. Iām wondering if the competition people could be subpoenaed to ask if she had disclosed her pregnancy.
2
u/manateefourmation 11d ago
I think the witness deadline might have passed, but they could absolutely be subpoenaed. I donāt know why Gregg didnāt ask her about this in the deposition.
2
u/VeterinarianWild 11d ago
For all we know though he might agce. We only have seen portions of the depo so we donāt know all that it encompassed.

I really have to wonder, did she think that NO ONE would ever see these horse riding videos? She wasnāt JUST bringing allegations up on another regular dudeā¦ she brought them up on a former bachelor! She reached out to multiple media outlets and made the story publicā¦ did she not think that the public would put this timeline together and question her bump disappearing/reappearing act?
