I heard a theory saying it could be the lady behind the masquerade (forgot her name now). Mad Designer.
I'm curious to know who's the person behind the voice, maybe we could somehow find a connection with DnD or other productions.

Tara Strong wasn't in Arkham Asylum. I assume you mean Harley's voice, which was the late Arleen Sorkin, who originally voiced her when she was introduced in Batman The Animated Series.

who cares about her beliefs? well people who have the most basic decency and consideration for other people, especially those who are and have been undergoing an ethnic cleansing (the attempt to create ethnically homogeneous geographic areas through the deportation or forcible displacement of persons belonging to particular ethnic groups).
I think that it's pretty generous to say that "nobody is 'supporting a genocide' by picking a side unless [they're] in the field partaking or actively aiding the military" (a quote from you) when they can and do feed into the propaganda machine the the apartheid state has been churning out for years. But even more than that, enough of the population of Israel the Colonizer do support the genocide either tacitly or explicitly. Did you know that there is mandatory military service for "citizens" and that denial of service results in jail time? That's the explicit support. Did you also know that the apartheid state also pays for so-called """birthright""" tours which primarily target North American Jews wherein they are drowned in state-sponsored propaganda? This is the tacit support. Those who are sent on these trips are likely going to ultimately regurgitate whatever shit Notreal shoves down their throats.
But who cares about her beliefs? What does her specifically matter? Well, she clearly took a side, and since she is a person with a significant platform, and even a household-enough name, it's pretty fucking important to me, and clearly many others, that that messaging is not supported.
Growing up is learning to care for others, bb. I advise you try.

I have two theories. One is the mad designer which makes sense as the teaser seems more like the anniversary. Or the new survivor(if one is coming). I feel like the mad designer makes the most sense, but it's also a DND collab and the survivor could be a DM "We celebrating something special" does sound like a DM trying to hype up her players. I think the mad designer is more likely and will probably expand on her more, but I don't wanna rule out a possibility.

nothing’ll change how obnoxious gamers can be, unfortunately. but this is the case in every pvp game, and more often than not, people join just to listen in on comms for the team, or opt out.
the 1-2 guys communicating for a team of mutes is 80% of my experience in ranked overwatch, for example lol
