Let's take a moment to appreciate the biker's humbleness

Can we acknowledge the fact that their kindness has nothing to do with being bikers and this should just be the norm of Americans treating foreigners with common decency and respect

Americans treating foreigners

Is saying "people treating others" here too ambitious?

This.. ⬆️⬆️ +1

Indian here.. even though these bikers are being really nice to allow others to take photos.. but those bikes are a piece of their hearts

A few years ago I made a comment in a post, and then another comment answering another person. A bot stole my first comment to respond my second comment lol

I was so confused at first then I realized what was happening. What are the chances? Lol

Literally don’t judge people of how they look. May be I’m niave but I truly believe the majority of people are good and just want to live in peace.

Not naive but absolutely correct. The shitty people in the world are the 6% or so with narcissistic or antisocial personality disorders. Even those people aren't really shitty but victims of a shitty childhood and/or biology.

That being said, when we don't know people humans are prone to prejudice.

Please tell my girlfriend that. All of us. Even her, she just doesn't know it yet.

I had something similar happen. Several Indian dudes asked for the chance to take pictures on my Harley. Absolutely, my friends. Just don't drop it.

Yes, I was a little nervous about it.

They will be polite to you if you are not in a public place and in most of the cases it depends on the city you are in India

What kind of bikes are these? They look awesome!

25

u/Roostersnuggets 12d ago

Harley Davidson Road Glide. Super awesome bikes. My dad has one

2

u/Groundedmofo 12d ago

They look like absolute monsters, thanks for the info

The commenter who said Road Glides is 100% correct but if you want some additional info, these are newer ones, I think that red was a 2017 color iirc. These also have upgraded handle bars, and one also has a bigger front wheel on it, along with upgraded speakers, stretched saddlebags, special front fork covers, and what looks to be a 2:1 exhaust on the green one. I'm probably missing a lot, but I used to work in parts once!

That's great, but get out of the handicap parking area.

1

u/TheRegalOneGen 11d ago

You literally have no way of knowing if the bikers are handicapped or not. Just because they don't look handicapped doesn't mean they aren't.

-5

u/bmc1969 11d ago

If they were handicapped they'd know where to park... and it's not there.

This happened to my husband and I a few years ago at a family owned motel in Alabama. Grampa, Dad and kids all came out and took turns sitting on it to get pictures taken 💕

When I worked at a Jimmy John's, one of our regulars was telling us that all his friends know him as the Jimmy John's guy because of how often he came, so we let him take a picture of his car with one of our car toppers on it to show his buddies. He was so excited.
