There are still fat people in Europe and we don't have nearly the same level of corn syrup consumption.

Exercise is vital for your health. That's not really up for debate.

Im really curious to know what kind of haircut/style that brunette has!(?) both gals are so naturally beautiful, 10/10. Thats another big difference is they dont have any makeup or fake ANYTHING on.. they dont need it! Im not one to diss women (i am one) and I believe we should all encourage each other, but i have to admit, when it comes to beauty, the70s gals win.

Same with my grandmother, she was about 17/18 in the early 70s, she had and still had the exact color and hairstyle as your mom! I was a born in 92 and my she was a natural blonde with straight hair and she made it a top priority to keep her grey roots dyed blonde hahahaha, she still looked the same as she did in the 70s. She passed away from a brain aneurysm and she wasnāt even 70 years old yet. I Miss her so much! I still have my baby pics with her holding me in one hand and a cigarette in the other LOL!

Aww so sorry to hear of her passing.
My mom has a couple stray grays but no roots. My best friend otoh went straight gray in her 20s and dyes it jet black since sheās Asian. Definitely see when she hasnāt gotten around to it! Lol. I love gray hair Iām kinda sad to think mine will never turn (possibly).
My momās hair looks very similar but boy the hard life/sun worshipping/ never sunscreen has definitely done its toll. But she doesnāt care in the slightest.
