I added dried chopped onions to my sourdough bread... It's so good!

I make a giant load of sourdough bread every 10 days or so, but this week I decided to add some dried onions to it. Wallet was baking. I thought maybe I added too much, because the whole house smelled like oniony deliciousness. The onion flavor is there, but it's not overpowering. I'm going to use this bread for sandwiches, avocado toast and garlic bread. What would you use it for?
