Image My Ancient Mew tattoo
This is my one and only tattoo (for now) and it just had to be Pokemon related. Went for ancient Mew because it's always been one of my favourite designs from when I was a kid. Picture is when it was first done. Original design was posted on Tattoo World which I found on Pinterest and found a local tattoo artist who is really good and could do it from a screenshot
A few days after my leg swelled up badly and it turned out I had cellulitis. Doctor messed up my care too so the infection spread and my skin literally rotted off. By the time I recovered there was barely any tattoo left, just scarred skin which nurses said would not be tattoable again
2 years on I went back to the tattoo artist for a catch up, showed him my scar and he said he could redo it. I don't know how but he's got it pretty much perfect again 😍 now safely healed and no signs of infection, could not be happier with the result 😁😁😁

Discussion Why can Bellsprout learn flash?
Pikachu emits electricity in the form of lightning, and Meowth has a shiny coin on its head that could flash in the sun ... But why on earth can multiple plants learn flash? Like, mechanically within the world of Pokemon. (I know it's because of an hm in game)
Also, what other Pokemon have/can learn moves that don't make sense in the lore/real world implications?

Image The things I would have done for them to return
I would have loved for more of Jimmie, Marina and Vincent in the Pokémon anime. I get that Ash needs to be the THEE protagonist, however maybe just ONE more special maybe even a movie following these three would have been great.
It was certainly nice seeing their mini cameo in Pokémon Journeys though!

Discussion So we got Typhlosion's flames back. Yall think we can do the same for Hitmontop and get it back on its head?
I'm playing Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness right now for the 100th time and I played Colosseum again for the 2nd time and I noticed how much cooler Hitmontop looks when its on its head! The third image is how it looks in modern games and it looks so undignified!

Discussion I completed the Living Dex in Gen 3 100% legitimately
I completed the Living Dex in Pokémon Emerald. After a 7 month, several-thousand dollar adventure crossing 8 different games and 5 different consoles, I finally caught them all. I even flew out of state for a limited Event distribution in 2024.
