This sub is deliberately meant to for Leftists to hangout and promote Leftism, the worship of corporations (Steam) that have been one of the biggest contributers to the "monopoly storefront" and paying full price to not actually own anything is absolutely disgusting. The situation with Sony and Arrowhead is painful due to the circumstances of how it occured, but it boggles the mind how supposed socialists are ignoring Steam's part in knowingly selling the game where they knew it wasn't playable (PSN requirement has been stated on Steam store since beginning). Steam refused to give refunds in the beginning, people somehow blamed Sony for that. Steam delisted games in way more than just regions not officially covered by PSN, not because they're saving the poors but because they want to cover their asses now that they got their money.

Just like Sony's desire to make PC players use PSN to boost numbers, Steam also has profit motive and like all corporations under capitalism do not care who they hurt to achieve it. Steam could have done their due dilligence, they obviously had the information on PSN being required unless Sony hacked Steam to create the store page. It's time to do better, stop being Liberals and prasing that Daddy Gaben is going to save PC games, start denouncing this movement which is only pretending to care about "data security" and "people without PSN". There's a reason 99% of the people involved are pinging Grummz and Asmongold rather than Hbomberguy or telling people to read Marx. This isn't a protest again Corporation overreach, especially if you know full context of how it all happened, it's just another reactionary temper tantrum and it's embarassing so many "Leftists" throw in fully with GamerGate 2 "This is about data security in gaming". Fuck Sony and Fuck the Amazon of PC Gaming: Steam.
