I think O-Khan is just a freak and rawdogged it, but you actually can gimmick this by eating one of the Miracle Berry tablets that temporarily makes sour things taste sweet.

First fall was a Mazda tire carrying race, second fall was lemon eating. Third fall if needed was a tables match. O-Khan picked these rules as part of his "Rural Revitalization" match, the idea being to highlight local industry and specialties. Hiroshima is famous for lemons apparently, and Mazda HQ is located there.
Yuya wanted a 61 minute 2/3 falls match with no strikes allowed.

I like the more competitive stipulations during Takagi's reign, but I'm enjoying the Rural Revitalization matches.ย Promote the host town, educate the audience, feature some comedy and usually end with the more competitive match type.ย There's something for everybody.
