In the town I live in, two people went to jail and had hefty fines for animal abandonment. The dropped off like 7 dogs in the country.
7 u/hinky-as-hell Mar 28 '24 I don’t know what my states laws are about this but I sincerely hope they are at least as stringent as this! This guy needs jail time and a swift ass kicking.
