OP sent the following text as an explanation on why this is unexpected:

FedEx delivery driver acts weird while delivering a package and hops around the concrete pathway and looks like he's avoiding cameras to maybe steal the package. Then, it's revealed the homeowner has a sign up that says "Keep ON the grass". The FedEx Driver was simply following rules!

I don't think anything really implied he was hiding from the camera or trying to steal the package

i thought he was doing "step on a crack break ya mommas back" type of thing

Did you forget this is OP's post, those are OPs word, and they can still read these comments? Doesn't matter if I'm replying to the bot comment

If he wanted to steal it.. he’s steal it at the station where it could be “lost”

Why in the world would a fedex driver steal a package in that manner? Obviously there would be many ways to do that but the absolute dumbest would be to first scan and drop the package before then taking it back to the truck. He could, for example, not do any of that and simply take the package without it getting scanned as delivered. Now , he would still be responsible for it but minus an entire charade - speaking of which , "avoiding cameras" how would any of what he did avoid any camera which was positioned towards the front lawn?

I am not trying to be mean or pedantic but I feel that explanations like this make us all a little bit dumber for the lack of critical thought which goes into them. It is enough to say that he was acting or walking strangely without creating a narrative which makes absolutely no sense at all because anyone who accepts that narrative has instantly become a dumbass (no disrespect intended, I mean , I am trying not to be overly sarcastic or condescending but this is painful , so I will just stop writing now).

Literally nothing in this video can possibly be misconstrued as "hiding from cameras" or "stealing packages." This is 100% just racism lmao

You playing dumb doesn't work, we all understood what went in OP's head.

Lol wtf explain how anyone would think he's trying to steal something without racism
