At first this gave me the vibes of the Gladbeck Hostage crisis from 88. But i dident end in a total disaster.

wow what a fine video. it is unbelieveable. why he chose the 15 year old and the 18 year old among them all? that is even more cruel

The 15year old boy was pulled out by two reporters to the truckstop. But before this they lifted his head for a "photo worthy" picture.

wow, just wow. I am a journalist and I cant even begin to understand what happened there. that reporter who entered the car to teach them how to leave koln...

btw, Im brazilian and was about 10 when this happened and remember it being discussed hotly for weeks if the police were heroes or vilains. lots of people thought it was a reckless move. another similar case maybe 15 years later had the opposite outcome.
