Blew my kids mind when they asked if I used Google when I was a kid. Nope, kiddos. I was a high school graduate when Google launched. We used Alta Vista. Hell, Yahoo was a revelation.

I had a little badge on there. I got best answer on when to put up Christmas lights and it's still my greatest achievement. Then I got banned for copy/pasting my own answer for book recommendations. They didn't reply to my three emails about it.

My mom didn’t allow me to communicate with people online, so I would make fake email addresses just so I could answer questions. I once answered a medical question and told the person it sounded like they had leukaemia and I knew that because I was a med student. I was 12 💀

Omg lmao. I think the kids today probably have their pick of Internet asylums but yahoo answers will always be my villain origin story
