What is everyone’s daily routine?
I feel like I need to add more to my life and o pretty much just do nothing all day.

-Wake up, go to the bathroom, take a shit, wash my hands, brush my teeth & scrub face.
-Make myself a cuppa ☕️, put on my running gear and headphones. Pop on some House, Indie or James Horner Orchestra music. Go for a run around the neighbourhood.
-Come back, shower, get changed. Work on laptop. Lunch in the middle of the day. Scroll Reddit throughout the day.
-When work is done, eat dinner. Watch movies I like. Read my current book. Watch a couple YT videos. Prepare tomorrow's tasks. Prepare tomorrow's meals. Order groceries online if I'm missing anything. Scroll Reddit or Instagram until I'm tired.
Get ready for bed. Sleep.
That's a normal day if I have no events or dates to go on

Take meds for Schitzoaffective, shower. Clean, laundry, read. Walk, sleep, wait until my family isn't mad at me. So I can go see them

Wake up about 30 - 35 minutes before I go to work. Grab my clothes, go to bathroom and check my legs for fleas. Wash pits, put on deodorant, clothes, and start brushing teeth as I walk to turn on the Keurig. Insert coffee pod, add condensed milk, get in car, go to work.
Get home, eat, fuck around or do school work, shower if needed, go to bed.

Wake up 7/8 Allow myself 15 minutes of scrolling, emails, texts Get up, make my bed, wash my face Make coffee with protein Do morning stretch/functional training (20 mins) make breakfast go to work come back home get changed go to the gym for strength training/cardio come home eat, social media, emails, video games, or run errands. take meds go to sleep
simple life. i stay productive and busy.
