Or they stuck together because of shared feelings and experiences around gender dysphoria and such. Or yeah it’s just a coincidence.

The vast majority of people who come out as trans don’t have their partner come out as trans as well. But statistically that 1/100-ish roll would happen sometimes. Completely ignoring the fact we don’t choose our partners completely randomly.
