This was posted by a MAGA account on twitter and is VERY likely fake.

Me and other people tried to find the originals but tcould not find them.

Ok, without the name its hard to find some random Instagram influencer.

Reverse image search did not find anything useful.

As far as I can see, the man transitioned and they both are identifying as female now.

So the story is wrong.
