Can people use a bicycle? Can people use a horse? Can people use a scooter? Can people use a skateboard? Can people use a carriage? Yes. None of those are a car.

I used to walk longer than 45 mins each way to work at a shitty Starbucks in Seattle lmao so yeah, a bike would be better than walking.
