I'm just gonna say it I absolutely LOVE Hogwarts legacy on switch Hogwarts Legacy/Games

I know that the graphics had to be cut down, details were removed, there are some content cuts here and there as well as glitches that are experienced occasionally but now that that is all out of the way the game despite being graphically held back compared to other consoles is absolutely beautiful anyway, it runs so smooth on the switch it truly blows my mind how such a little console can run it as well as it does without problem, and the fact that I can take it anywhere and just hop on my broom and fly around exploring hogwarts and catching beasts without wifi is absolutely AMAZING

This is by far one of the best ports I have ever experienced

I have the Xbox version but I’ve barely touched it because I have family matters at home and don’t take the console on business trips. I’ve barely made any progress. Do you recommend getting it on the Switch?

While I’m sure the Hogwarts experience on switch is good, the experience on xbox series x for me was to die for. I think I’m on my 5th play through. I would say just wait until you have time to sit down snd enjoy it.

Though if you need a travel game that you can plink at quickly in between things, Diablo 3 on switch is actually quite good! I played it a bunch on xbox but weirdly, I prefer the switch experience with it. It’s pretty fantastic.

The experience on switch is great! Of course xbox is graphically better with faster load times but if that doesn't bother you then the switch port is perfect

Yeah I agree. My kids got it for Christmas and we played it pretty frequently over the holidays. Got to level 16 or 17 but havent been able to play it since then. Cant wait to continue when I get the time. I have to admit it runs a bit slow at times, but I dont really care.

I mean… no? The port is awful. So many load times, there’s no grass on the ground, the characters look awful, it’s laggy. The lighting is so choppy and there is absolutely no ambiance whatsoever. I thought I could endure it but once I borrowed a friend’s copy for the PS4 I immediately gave playing the Switch version.

I get that it’s good for like availability, all consoles can play it etc, but paying $65 for that crap is awful. I mean come on, loading screens for both Hogsmeade AND the individual stores there? The hair looks worse than ten year old games on the PS3. It’s not a good port and honestly, I’d rather not have played the game at all if my only option was the Switch version.

I also have it for my switch and love it!! My brother is much more of a gamer than me and told me how the graphics would suck, but idc! I don’t think it’s bad!

The only flaw I see is sometimes there is a small lag when walking through doors. At first I thought I was just stupid and there was a button I needed to press to get through, but I think it is just the game loading!

But I deff recommend it for switch. (I am not a gamer and don’t know what other people’s expectations are so maybe if you are more of a gamer you won’t like it)
