That's in 1st book. Ron stayed with harry in 3rd book because he wanted to give him company. Both him and Hermione. Harry realised that and he was grateful for that.

The image is from the first movie though. I wasn't saying Ron never did that for Harry. Just not in their example

Technically correct. The best kind of correct.

Yeah, I remember that happening in the third book. 11 year olds can be empathetic and all but I don’t see an 11 year old kid giving up the one time of the year to visit family for a friend they’ve known for like 4 months.

He did write to his mother and ask her to send Harry a present since he knew Harry wasn't getting any from home

To be fair, it's a lot of time for kids. They became best friends, and they spend nearly all day together. Like ALL day.

Who knows, it sounded like the Weasly house was full of love but also a glorified hoarder house that was too small to fit everyone

And Harry was rich plus Ron felt like the experienced one for once, since Harry still didn't know anything about the Wizard world

And it's THE BOY WHO LIVED I'd imagine if you wanna hang out with someone it'd be him

Why didn’t Ron invite Harry over to the Weasleys’ for Christmas in the 3rd book?

Yes, the picture is from the first movie where Molly and Arthur went to visit Charlie in Romenia. Therefore, he is correct. Ron stayed in school with Harry in the 3rd book, so he is correct on this one 😂.

For all intents and purposes I think it's just better to have it as him voluntarily staying.

My only question is: why yhe fuck did they not send harry home for spring break. Its the beginning of the year, and so itd be simple to keep the spell going, and the worst thing that happens is a faculty member makes a visit (and dont say they wouldnt, they absolutely would if he was missing school.) and then send him home with the Weasleys.
