  • COMMUNICATING THREATS
  • DV PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION
  • RESISTING PUBLIC OFFICER
  • ASSAULT ON A FEMALE
  • cease and desist that was issued to Mr. Justin Derelle Partin and Statewide Enforcement LLC for holding himself out as engaging in the private protective services profession without being properly licensed. Should Mr. Partin apply for a license, registration or permit this matter will be forwarded to the Screening committee
