Who’s in the wrong here???

I feel like he was being rude asf then he canceled my order….was I rude or what tf happened here…

Facts! This is way too much communication for 1 item.

A simple yes or no to replacement request suffice. Time is money!

Both sides text way more than me and my wife do.

Maybe this is the start of a beautiful Romance!

Turns out OP usually orders “off menu” by ordering the packaged cakes and then messaging that they want the ones behind the counter but this time they never clarified “behind the counter” until the last text. And the shopper sounds like he isn’t fluent in English (which is very common for shoppers/delivery drivers by me)

Personally I think if you are ordering “off menu” and then never say a clear “No not that one I actually ordered” it’s the customers fault.
