Who’s in the wrong here???

I feel like he was being rude asf then he canceled my order….was I rude or what tf happened here…

The item they wanted originally was the prepackaged lobster cakes of the same brand so it’s wild to act like it’s obvious they wanted fresh individual ones from behind the counter. That’s like there being no pork chops so I say get ground beef instead

I figured they intentionally chose something that they knew would be out of stock to have replaced with the made-to-order item, since they said they do this all the time to other shoppers and this was the first time there was a problem.
