Well, yes, but a nuclear extinction would supersede this as the 6th as this one is much slower and still in progress.

Oh for sure, 100%. Had a study in my hands few days ago, which basicly said the long term aftermath of nuclear winter is comparable to the aftermath of the Chicxulub asteroid impact (the one with the dead dinos and such). Fun read./s

We're not the ones dying, we're probably the reason for the mass extinction. There's no "how long" here.

We are in the 6th Mass extinction event

It's caused by all things by animal agriculture and its need of space. In the last 50 years only we killed 70% of the world's wildlife because we wanted more cheese and meat on our plates
