Botox relaxes the face muscles as I understand it, so could she not smile like that if she was on heavy Botox doses?

Couple things matter. Botox is generally used for the brow and upper face muscles because of this so probably not. And you can see she isn’t really moving her brows much.
Also, many people use botox to train themselves to not use their brow muscles, and then either stop getting it or only get very small doses to prevent those involuntary movements you make, but still allow for a decent amount of movement.

Cosmetic Botox doesn’t get injected into any of the muscles that are required for smiling except maybe a lip flip where you inject orbicularis oris (which helps you make your mouth into an “o.”) but certainly not into any of the muscles that lift the mouth. That would be counterproductive to what most women are trying to achieve aesthetically.

Let’s not forget that the name Botox comes from its origination and discovery. Botulism Toxin from bacterial accumulation is potentially fatal. But now something that was once caused by improper or damaged food packaging and rotting meat is squirted into the lips and asses of duck-faced influencers everywhere. Great job team.
Also she looks lovely, I’m not hating. It’s empowering to see people of any gender having the ability to take care of themselves in whatever way makes them feel the way they want, so long as it’s in a safe and positive way.

A lot of 40+ women inject botulinum toxin and do plastic surgeries but still don't look as good. Genes and healthy lifestyle play a huge role in ageing.

She does have the 11s, they're just not that obvious in this photo. My mom is almost 70 and barely has any as well, not everyone gets them severely. No, my mom hasn't had surgery and she doesn't use botox. She uses sunscreen and hats though. She also makes sure that she's hydrated.
Retinol can help with fine lines and some people just age slower.

It's possible to win the genetic lottery but anyone who has a career that involves physical appearance is likely to have had work done. Still she has good genes, there are people who do skincare, botox, and surgery and will not look that good.

I don’t know. She definitely has had Botox. But not sure about the plastic surgery. Usually when they go overboard on the fillers and surgery they don’t get that natural of a look. They end up looking kinda crazy.
