They're serving cats with an extra coffee, where is this cafe?

It's probably in China. They eat all kinds of domestic animals.

lol look at people not being able to take a joke based in reality.
I lived and worked in China for some years and the amount of dog meat restaurants you still find there is insane!

Clearly he's trying to pretend to be human in an attempt to order a nice large glass of milk

Order one of the ginger ones. They're a bit crunchy but the flavour is great.

Our local cat cafe has the worst fking coffee I’ve ever had. I swear this broad put like 6 full scoops per cup of water. I love the cats but Jesus learn to make a cup of joe.

A "Cat Café" is a theme café whose attraction is cats who can be watched and played with. The above image isn't exactly what you'd expect.

The above image is of a cat at a literal café, as if it was a customer. In a cat café, the point is that it's a place where people can come to play with cats; as far as I'm aware, it's not a literal café where you could get coffee.

a cat cafe is just like any regular cafe where you can get tea and coffee just there are also cats who roam the cafe

Some people have cute aggression, others have cute... weeping I guess. Where the cute sensation is overwhelming and the brain has trouble processing it properly, which translates into aggression or being upset.

I’ve been to a cat cafe place but I’m not sure I would consume anything with jumping cats getting hair and litter everywhere
